• TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is preparing a tender for the contract for pre-primary and basic education and high school student transportation for the needs of the municipality of Isonkyrö, on behalf of the Isonkyrö municipality's educational services. The tender applies to the transport of students, which cannot be arranged using open public transport. The transport needs of the routes vary daily, daily school transports include a morning transport and/or one or two afternoon transports. Transports are run as confirmed on school days. The services can be implemented with M1-M3 class vehicles, which are partially covered by the Act on Clean Vehicles 740/2021 and the Clean Vehicle Directive (CVD). The Clean Vehicles Act enforces clean and energy efficient vehicles Directive (EU) 2019/1161 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/33/EC on the promotion of motor vehicles. If an M3 vehicle is offered for the route (on a bus that does not have standing seats in addition to seats space reserved for passengers) or so-called disabled-equipped vehicles, the clean vehicle requirement does not apply. In terms of pricing, the customer has planned €/day/route as the basis for comparison (and the basis for invoicing). In addition, the subscriber considers Act 740/2021 scoring of clean vehicles in accordance with (x points if the provider offers vehicles in accordance with Act 740/2021 on the route).
