Description:
The procurement generally concerns give away products used for advertising, textiles used in advertising and inexpensive gift items.
Some of the orders may be of a project nature and order lots may be large.
The tenderer must be able to mark the products in a way suitable for the quality of the product,either by laser marking, printing, embroidery, engraving or any other way accepted by the customer and agreed upon when ordering. In any case, it is marked, and the Customer is not allowed to have to glue the stickers separately or take the products to the engraver.
In all product markingsand the printing must follow the graphic guidelines of the City of Turku, the Turku Vocational Institute and Foel, which are attached and linked to the request for tenders.with the chosen supplier.
The city of Turku reserves the right to primarily use its own production: for example, Tyoepiste's training points or the products of the Academy of Arts of the University of Applied Sciences or the stores of the city's museum center. The city of Turku defines a special concept (e.g. for Turkupromotional products/gift items outside the contract. In addition, design products and other special products can be purchased outside the contract in smaller quantities to complement the selection.
