The Defense Forces Logistics Department (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity) is requesting an application for participation in the acquisition of basic maintenance and basic maintenance parts for aircraft stop systems in accordance with this request for participation and its annexes.
Agreement includes basic maintenance In addition, separately agreed fault repairs, installation and modifications, as well as the acquisition of specific parts related to pre -defined maintenance sites if the contracting entity does not have them. For non -basic parts, the supplier may charge the subscriber in addition to the purchase price up to 12 % of the margin.
For basic maintenance and basic maintenance materials, the agreement may begin to be followed as of 1.1.2027.
The contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber.
Basic maintenance and on them In the case of related spare parts, the estimated value of the contract, including options, is up to EUR 3 million.
