Description:
The city of Espoo and the welfare region of Western Uusimaa (later also the Client, Clients, procurement unit or procurement units) are requesting tenders for the procurement and maintenance of small machines used in the maintenance of green areas and yard areas.
A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is in the tender requestwith Annex 1 "Description of the object of procurement".
The city of Espoo and the welfare area of Western Uusimaa make separate agreements with the selected supplier.
SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT
The estimated average value of the purchase without value added tax is 130,000 - 160,000 euros / year. It is difficult to determine the exact value,because it is difficult to estimate in advance the possible breakage of the goods and the resulting procurement needs.
The weight values of the goods and services to be priced in the tender are indicated in appendix 3 "Price list" of the request for tender. Weight values are based on the purchasing units' estimate of four (4) yearsof the quantities of goods and services to be procured during the year.
The city of Espoo and the welfare region of Western Uusimaa do not commit to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
