• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the procurement of business gifts, handouts and event textiles for the city of Tampere. The goal of the procurement is to find high-quality, ecological and distinctive products that support the communication and representation tasks of the city of Tampere both domestically and internationally. The reporter must be able to offer several alternative products from each of the three (3) product groups (Business Gifts, Handouts and Event Textiles) presented in the RFP and defined in more detail. The products must support Tampere's image and fit its operating culture and values.
  Business gift and for ordering and delivering distribution products, the provider must offer the Customer a customized online store where only the product selection covered by this agreement is visible to the Customer's personnel. The provider participates in the planning of the product selection of the online store together with the customer at the beginning of the contract period and during it. The customer must have the option to add or change the product selection in the middle of the contract period. During the contract period, the Supplier can also present new suitable products to be added to the selection to the Customer's contract contact person.
  The customer will plan during the contract period, together with the selected provider, for example, the visual appearance of the packaging, cards and belts related to gift and handout products in accordance with the Tampere city brand.
