THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT NOTICE NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT AN ADVANCE NOTICE. The subject of the advance notice is the procurement of a new cash register system, cash register equipment, online shopping platform and related services for Leijona Catering Oy. According to the preliminary plan, the Subscriber will choose one (1) the contract supplier responsible for the delivery of the cash register system, cash register equipment, online shopping platform and related services. The purpose of this advance notice is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, map the market situation, and enable comments to be made about the future procurement (for the draft request for tenders) and to receive information about the procurement, so that the actual tendering process can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible. Advance notice is used to supplement the know-how for preparing a request for tender. The request for information does not obligate the procurement unit to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information, and the procurement entity may leave the bidding process completely unexecuted. Responding to the advance notice is not binding supplier to participate in the tender, and is also not a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender.
