- This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but a request for information, with which the welfare region of Länsi-Uusimaa starts a market dialogue and finds out suppliers' interest in the procurement of a CBRNE* cleaning container. Länsi-Uusimaa the welfare area acquires a CBRNE cleaning container for use by the rescue service of Länsi-Uusimaa. The purchasable cleaning container is used in accident and threat situations where chemical or biological substances, radiation, nuclear substances or explosives may be present. In the cleaning container, rescue personnel or accident victims exposed to chemicals are washed at the scene of the accident/in field conditions. The purpose of the procurement is to improve the operational readiness of the rescue service of Western Uusimaa, to improve rescue and occupational safety of emergency personnel in the aforementioned accident and threat situations and enables the washing of accident victims who have been exposed to chemicals. electrical system - hot water system - compressed air breathing system - heating system - waste water collection system - container ventilation system. The offered cleaning container must be simple and reliable and withstand Finland's varying climatic conditions, vibration and hard year-round use. It must work for at least 4 hours at a time in all conditions of Southern Finland. The service life must be at least 15 years. The cleaning container must be installed there...
