- Lapland's welfare area (followed by Lapha) asks for offers for the purchase of a cleaning service. The procurement includes basic and maintenance cleaning and, if necessary, other services to be ordered in accordance with the service description attached. The acquisition is divided into fifteen (15) areas. The provider mayprovide one or more areas. The invitation to tender is not limited to how many areas the tenderer can be selected. The sub-areas may include several objects. Site -specific cleaning schedules, needs and cleanliness levels are shown in appendices Service description, cleaning levels and work instructionsas well as status lists. The contract period is two (2) years, after which the contract can be extended for two separate one (1) year options. The deployment of the option period is about the right of the contracting entity, not the obligation. The value of the contract period for competitive cleaning services is the EU thresholdin excess of.
