- THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE START OF THE MARKET DIALOGUE. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT YET REQUEST OFFERS. Helsingi kaupungin asunnot Oy manages approximately 55,000 apartments in Helsinki. Some of the apartments get hot during the summer, especially for older residents cause health problems. Based on the feedback received from the residents, Heka has decided to offer residents the opportunity to purchase a cooling air heat pump for their rental apartment. With this announcement, Heka wants to find out from the market participants whether they have interest in participating in the procurement tender. In addition, Heka hopes to receive good comments and suggestions for supplementing the procurement documents. Heka will organize an introduction event for potential suppliers via Teams remote connection 3 February 2026 at 14:00-14:45. Registration for the event is requested by e-mail hankinnat@hekaoy.fi no later than February 2, 2026. At the event, the procurement will be presented and it will be possible to ask more detailed questions. It will be sent to participants after the event detailed answers to the questions asked at the event. The questions and Heka's answers to them can also be sent afterwards to other interested parties upon request. We especially hope for your answers to the following questions: 1. Are you interested in participating in the tendered acquisition as a license agreement? If you are not, can you elaborate on why you do not want to participate? 2.
