• Description:
• Procurement of curtains, curtain accessories, roller blinds and slats as a joint procurement tendered by the city of Vantaa for all industries of the city of Vantaa, Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy and the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area. In subdivision 1 the three (3) suppliers with the most points will be selected as suppliers of curtains, curtain accessories and roller blinds. In the contract, a framework arrangement is agreed upon, where purchases of less than 30,000 euros (VAT 0%) are made in accordance with the order of priority. More than 30,000 euros (VAT 0%) will be subject to simplified tendering. In sub-area 2, the three (3) suppliers with the most points will be selected as suppliers of louvered blinds. In the contract, a framework arrangement is agreed upon, where purchases of less than 30,000 euros (VAT 0%) are made according to the order of priority. Purchases exceeding EUR 30,000 (VAT 0%) will be subject to simplified tendering. The products are purchased from the 1st supplier. If the 1st supplier is unable to offer the product, the product will be purchased from the 2nd supplier, if the 2nd supplier cannot able to offer the product, we buy the product from a 3rd supplier. The duration of the contract is 24 months and the contract can be extended with two one-year options. The value of the acquisition is distributed as follows: City of Vantaa approx. €480,000 Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy approx. 140 000 € Vantaa and Kerava welfare area approx. €300,000 The customer does not commit to the purchase quantities or euro values estimated in the tender documents during the contract period.
