Description:
The acquisition focuses on the customer information system for child law childmiths. The entity to be acquired is a software service (SaaS service). The Apotti Customer and Patient Information System Pl. Child Supervisors of Family Law Services, whose service processes are implemented with CGI's Proconsona solution.
There are about 400 open clients for babysitters. The overall solution will be made every month about 5,000 entries. The electronic signature is estimated at about 400 electronically signed documents per month. For appointments, about 500 customer meetings per month are carried out.
