Description:
1. The content of the procurement and the City of Target Range tenders two suppliers' framework arrangements in order to produce data protection (DPIA) in accordance with Article 35 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679). The service is used on a case -by -case basis for those used in different areas of the city assessing systems and applications where handling can pose a high risk to the data subject's rights and freedoms. In the event of a state of use, evaluations have been randomly competed as individual assignments without a centralized framework agreement. The purpose of the acquisition is to get a dpia service In accordance with the conditions and procedures that are clearly agreed to all sectors. Objectives and expectations for the acquisition: The acquisition is to ensure that the processing of personal data in the city systems and services meets the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation. The purpose is to support the controller Risk assessment and management, and ensures a documented impact assessment that is of high quality, clear and utilized for public authority inspections and internal supervision. The service must be scalable according to different industries and needs.2.
