Description:
The municipality of Tervola (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) requests offers for design and expert services through a framework arrangement for the contract period from 1.8.2025 to 31.12.2027. The acquisition is the target of the subscriber activities, as a rule, with time charging, and designed separately on a project-by-project basisand expert services. In addition, the acquisition includes one (1) one (1) year option period for 1.1.2028-31.12.2028. The use of the option is a unilateral right, not an obligation. The acquisition is divided into the following eight (8) independent areas: 1. Main and architectural design2.Structural design3. HVAC design (heat, water, air, and automation design) 4. Electrical Design5. Bottom structure design6. Fire design and expert services7. Street and municipal design8. Land use and planning expert and planning service! ProvidedThe tenderer wants to provide his services to more than one sub-area, with its own separate offer from each area. The acquisition shall be made as a framework arrangement, which means a contract between the subscriber and several suppliers for each area separately. For this framework arrangementA maximum of four (4) service providers are selected for each sub-area in the order of the bidding criteria.
