- Description:
- There is a need to purchase a device for diagnosis of liver fibrosis in the Western Uusimaa welfare area. The device used to measure liver fibrosis and fat should be one where the measurement can be done by means of measurement sensors and is not based on ultrasound imaging elastography method. The device to be purchased must be transferable and suited to the use of nurses. The purchase also includes calibration of the sensors of the device and, if necessary, maintenance and system updates. The device will be used in the western Uusimaa welfare area hepatitis C's elimination project, to which the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has granted a government grant to the Western Uusimaa welfare area. Funding for the device being acquired State aid.
