- The procurement includes the delivery of distribution transformers and compensation equipment installed in the construction of Savon Voima Verkko Oy (SVV) during the 2026 (and possible options). As a result of the tendering, two suppliers will be selected and the acquisition will be distributed. AcquiredThe unit number of transformers and compensation devices is presented in the Annex Price Form. The quantities of tendering are estimated and do not bind the subscriber. The supply comparison of a supplier is made with the acquisition quantities of the tender survey. The subscriber will notify the contract or at the latest by 6.6.2025 finalSupplier -specific purchases for 2026, which the subscriber undertakes to obtain. The supplier acquires transformers in the warehouse based on a quarterly forecast stated by the customer, where the subscriber representative will invite the transformers to the location determined by the subscriber. Offer prices stated in the supplier offerare fixed for 2026 deliveries. The decision to redeem the option years by September 30, 2026 (Option 2027) and by September 30, 2027 (Option 2028). The subscriber will notify the procurement amounts for the year in connection with the decision. The option can be redeemed on both or only anotherwith the supplier.
