Description:
The subject of the request for tender is the driving tracking system to be procured for Saimaa Support Services in accordance with the request for tender. The object of the acquisition is an application that is used to monitor both the driving of the company's own cars and the use of the personnel's own cars during working hours. The application must be covered in the request for quotation defined main functionalities and features. The object of the procurement is a driving tracking system that produces real-time information about the location, routes and vehicle use for the company's own vehicles. Information on the use of personnel's vehicles is collected for work-related drives. The driving monitoring report must be easy to read and clear, from which you can get reports on mileage allowances, consumption and the car's route and use. The driving monitoring report must be approved by the taxman. We currently use driving monitoring in 36 vehicles, 17 of which have a fixed system and 19 transferable. The number of driving tracking cars may vary during the contract period. One (1) bidder with the lowest price in the comparison will be selected as the contract supplier. The contract is fixed-term for one (1) year, after which the contract will continue indefinitely. Actual contract period is 24 months The contract period starts on 15 December 2026.
