- The municipality of Enontekiö is requesting a bid for the operation of subscription-based wilderness air transport in the area of the municipality of Enontekiö. for the organization of business trips to the order-based wilderness aviation in the open water season 2026 and 2027. In addition, the buyer reserves the right to negotiate a maximum one (1) year extension contract (option year) without a new tender.TRANSPORT The operator's duty is to handle wilderness air traffic in the open water season 2026 and 2027. The operator must cover at least 30% of the total costs / flight with passenger revenue. The operator has the right to transport in transport according to the contract, also goods on behalf of a third party so that it does not hinder the transport of passengers. MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SERVICE Equipment requirements: - seats at least four - load capacity: passengers and goods possibility of transporting at least 350 kg of fuel (gasoline and gas) PAYABLE COMPENSATION AND CONTRACT VALUE The operator is paid compensation for handling wilderness air traffic, from which the passenger revenue of 30% of the total costs has been deducted. Subscriber undertakes to purchase wilderness air traffic in the open water season 2026 in its entirety for a maximum of 30,000 euros (VAT 0%)/season.
