Description:
In 2025, the City of Helsinki Rescue Department intends to acquire the Helsinki Rescue Service's daily professional operations and security of supply within the framework of the equipment maintenance system. The equipment maintenance system replaces the current ERP system called Arttu,who has been in use by the rescue service since 1995. The acquisition includes data transfer and quality improvement (data migration) from the current Arttu system of the rescue service to the supplier system.
The main functions of the municipal maintenance system are:
