• Ball sports Athletics and orienteering Gymnastics equipment and supplies Winter sports Other exercise and sports equipment The Department of Education and Training of the City of Helsinki is requesting an offer for physical education and sports equipment for elementary schools and high schools 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2028. The purchase includes a two (2) year option, the use of which is decided by the customer. The products offered must be generally used in schools and their quality and characteristics should be suitable for primary school and upper secondary school use (e.g. sports secondary school or the school's emphasis on sports). In addition, exercise and sports equipment must be safe, maintainable, refurbishable and spare parts must be available for at least three (3) years. The offer can be submitted for one, several or all areas, but nevertheless in such a way that the sub-areas presented in the request for tender must be offered as a whole. Within the sub-area, every product must be offered. Estimated value-added tax-free estimate of the acquisition for the contract period with options 1,300,000 - 1,500,000 euros. This assessment includes all aspects of procurement combined. A significant part of the deliveries of the ordered equipment takes place in the summer season, as a large part of the basic improvement and new site projects are completed in June-July and the site's operations start in August. The punctuality of delivery times is of essential importance to the customer. The object of the procurement is the exercise and teaching equipment needed in ball sports.
