Description:
The city of Vantaa is requesting a bid for the purchase of exercise and sports equipment for the city of Vantaa and the city of Kauniainen (later also referred to as the Customer). The City of Vantaa's contract uses the City of Vantaa's subsidiaries VTK Kiinteistoet Oy and Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy.
Procurement kThis includes school indoor exercise equipment, small gym equipment, outdoor exercise equipment, nets for ball games, racks and goals, padding for sports venues, equipment and accessories for swimming pools. Three framework contract suppliers are selected for each sub-area.
The City of Vantaa's share of the projectThe purchase price is approximately EUR 1,620,000 and the City of Kauniainen's share of the purchase is approximately EUR 20,000.
The procuring units' rough estimate of the distribution of the share of the procurement value by sub-area is as follows:
Sub-area 1: Water sports equipment and toys 5%
Sub-area 2 : Weight lifting and gym training25%
Part area 3: Indoor exercise, gymnastics and gym equipment 5%
Part area 4: Furniture and equipment related to athletics 10%
Part area 5: Ball and ice sports 45%
Part area 6: Goals, posts and others supplies 10%
According to the joint procurement agreement, the city of Vantaa will do the procurementdecision and procurement contracts on behalf of the city of Kauniainen.
All values are stated without value added tax (VAT 0%). Values do not bind procurement units.
