- Kaakkois-Suomen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (later Xamk) requests offers for the service production required for the Electronic and Digital Aviation Business Cluster project. coordination of manned and unmanned air traffic in the airspace of the airport. The investigation requires the production of manned flight operations, i.e. flights with a small general aviation aircraft. The aim of the test flights is to find out1) the manned and the safe operation of unmanned aircraft in common airspace,2) the visibility of manned and unmanned aircraft to each other, primarily the ADS-B aviation systems established at Pyhtää Helsinki-East Aerodrome and Mikkeli airports through the spatial information system,3) the operation of the ADS-B spatial information system with regard to the installed ADS-B stations and the general applicability of the system in coordinating manned and unmanned air traffic, as well as in the production of information services for aviators. Content of the procurement: 1. Test flights as a service production - with a manned aircraft that uses an ADS-B IN/OUT - transmitter-receiver and a suitable non-receipt display device - the number of test flights to be carried out in flight hours is ten up to thirty (10 - 30 h) Test flights require the service provider to produce test flights in order to achieve the desired results.
