- The municipality of Laukaa (the subscriber) asks for your tender for the forest assets, design and forestry services on the property owned by the customer as a framework arrangement. The contract period is 1.1.2026-31.12.2027. The acquisition may be resumed for the options from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028 and 1.1.2029 to 31.12.2029. Subscriber To decide on the use of the first year of stock by June 30, 2027 and by the use of the second year by June 30, 2028.
The customer owns a total of about 2250 ha of forest areas and are valuable in many forms. The customer's forests are versatile, ie Depending on the location and purpose of the forests, forests are managed according to different objectives. The objectives and policies of the customer's forest management are recorded in the Laukaa forest program approved in the fall of 2024.
The customer's forest reserves have been classified as follows the Green Area Maintenance Classification (RAMS) in accordance with:
- nearby forests 414 ha (18 %)
- Outdoor and Recreation Forests 133 ha (6 %)
- commercial forests 1340 ha (59 %)
- Conservation Forests 52 ha (2.3 %)
- Land use change areas 318 ha (14 %)
The customer's forest assets may be reduced or increased during the contract period and the forest rating may change.

All planning and implementation should be done in the interest of the customer and the effects must be mirrored to achieve the goals of the forest program.
Services should be provided efficiently without compromising on quality.
