- The subject of the procurement is a new tractor equipped with forestry equipment to be purchased for the Technical Department of the city of Riihimaeki.
The city of Riihimaeki requests your offer for one forest tractor in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. See appendix 1 for the minimum requirements set for a forest tractor"Minimum Requirements".
In this procurement, the lowest price is used as the basis of overall economic affordability. Based on the competition, one (1) supplier with the lowest price will be selected.
In the section "Duration of the agreement, framework arrangement or dynamic procurement system" the agreement is statedthe minimum length of the warranty period is 24 months. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the contract enters into force at the earliest when both parties to the contract have signed the contract and that the contract is valid until the goods have been delivered and accepted and the supplier has completed the warranty period pdischarge their obligations in a manner approved by the customer.
