Description:
The Real Estate Department of the Helsinki Parish Union (in the future) requests a bid for the purchase of group plants in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. Group plants are purchased for nursing graves in the congregation. For each sub-area (group vegetable species), one supplier is selected from whomOrders are made. In this acquisition, you can offer either one, several or all areas, and the supplier may be selected as a supplier of one, more or all areas. Comparison of offers is used for the cheapest price as a selection basis because the essential factors affecting the quality of the qualitycomprehensively taken into account in defining the subject of the acquisition and in minimum procurement requirements. The procurement decision is expected to be made in June 2025, the contract is expected to enter into force in the autumn of 2025 and the plant deliveries will begin from the summer of 2026. The duration of the actual contract period is two (2) years2025-2027. The subscriber reserves the right to continue the framework agreement for two (2) options, from one year at the end of the actual framework period. The total estimated value of the subscriber for the entire contract period is approximately EUR 700,000 (VAT 0 %). The total value is divided into different areas during the contract periodas needed. The subscriber places orders as the need for procurement and the framework of his appropriations. The agreement does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber.
