- Description:
- The object of the planned acquisition is an automatic pressure filter (small) for filtering mineral materials for the GTK Mintec pilot plant. The pressure filter to be purchased can be either vertical or horizontal. The operating principle is, that the material to be filtered (sludge) is pumped into the filter chambers, whereupon the filtrate flows through the filter cloth under the influence of the pumping pressure and exits as a filtrate. The filter cake is air-dried and removed from the filter. The purpose of the filter is concentrates (concentrates) and tailings filtration, weighting in concentrate filtration. The designed maximum filtration capacity is 100 kg/h of dry matter in the filter cake. The filtration cycle is automatic, including sludge feeding, pressure filtration, filter cake drying and cake removal from the filter. The moisture content of the filter cake must be sufficiently low, enabling efficient removal of the filter cake from the filter and post-treatment.
