Description:
Backup power plant to be placed in connection with Kouvola town hall. The object of procurement is a backup power plant to be placed inside the parking facility, in a separate room, whose PRP power must be at least 360 kVA/290 kW (+10% for 1 hour during 12-hour periods). The backup power plant must be able to supply independently at nominal power for at least 24 hours without additional refueling or other maintenance procedures. The installations are made in accordance with the laws, regulations and standards in force in Finland. In electrical installations, version 2022 of the SFS 6000 standard is followed with the following specifications: TUKES guideline S10-2023 is followed as requirements for safety and electrical work safety.
