- The city of Vantaa tenders the label printers that will be used by Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy's catering services, delivered and installed ready for use. The purchase also includes accessories suitable for printers (labels and color ribbons) and maintenance and spare parts services in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The label printers that are the subject of procurement will be integrated into the Customer's Aromi production control system. The printers are used in the Customer's preparation kitchens for the product contents of food portions and for labeling special diets and for labeling ready-made food transport boxes and transport trolleys. Products that can be marked with a sticker are, for example: o Thermal box intended for heat and cold storage, which can be used to transport warm portions as well as cold foods and antifreeze A thermal trolley that can transport warm portions Special diet portions, individual portions or Sealable Cpet dishes, different sizes The operating environment is a commercial kitchen, where the equipment must withstand moisture and heat and to be arranged for limited spaces. The agreement is made for an indefinite period. The expected value of the acquisition calculated for four years is approximately 70,000 euros (VAT 0%). The customer does not commit to specific purchase quantities or values in euros during the contract period.
