Description:
Kela's full-time employees are entitled to a meal allowance on their working days. If Kela has not arranged meals for the employee in its own premises, then the meals will take place in contracted canteens. With this tender, an electronic payment instrument will be procured for the contract period starting on January 1, 2024. Procurementava's electronic payment instrument must be available and managed centrally in the mobile solution at the start of the contract period and during it. The use of the service must also be possible with the text message servicethrough which the employee receives a mobile voucher on his mobile phone.
The payment instrument must meet all the conditions defined in the Tax Administration's fringe benefits in taxation - guideline (VH/6005/00.01.00/2022), which the payment instrument must meet in order to receive tax benefits. The payment instrument must be completed by Verohallthe requirements of innon's instructions in force at any given time and the supplier is obliged to carry out updates or changes in the service if the above-mentioned official instructions change without any additional cost.
