Description:
The City of Espoo, Kiinteistoe Oy Matinkyla Swimming Hall and Weegee Oy are requesting offers for maintenance and fault repair services for swimming pools and outdoor pools in the City of Espoo and the outdoor swimming pools, which meet the requirements described in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
As a journalist A maximum of three (3) service providers will be selected in the order of priority.
The maximum value of the framework arrangement is € 350,000 (VAT 0%).
In the contracting entity Maximum acquisition values are (VAT 0%):
City of Espoo, € 220,000
Real Estate Oy Matinkyla Swimming Hall, € 100,000
Weegee Oy, € 30,000
Of anticipated values The calculation is based on the estimated cost of the procurement for four (4) years.
Predicted values are non -undersized estimates. Agreement does not include a quantity purchase obligation.
In the processing process of the contracting entities other than the City of Espoo, such as billing practices, the parties agreed together before signing contracts.
The agreement will take effect when Parties It has been signed and the contract period is three (3) years from the entry into force of the contract. The subscriber has the right to continue the contract period in one (1) option year. The decision to use the option is made separately.
