Description:
The City of Espoo, the Espoo Regional Educational Association Omnia and Espoo Catering Oy (later also the subscriber) request offers for the acquisition of marketing materials and small printing work.
The acquisition is divided into two (2) areas that are:
Sub-area 1. Small-weight work, Salcols and banners
Sub-area 2. Fair stands
Three (3) suppliers and one (1) deputy supplier are selected for the area 1.
In sub-area 2, two (2) suppliers and two (2) suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement.
The offer can be made for one or more areas.
The contract period lasts 4 years.

The total value is divided between the subscribers as follows:
City of Espoo: € 1,700,000
Espoo Catering: € 28,000
Espoo Region Educational Association Omnia: € 240,000
The City of Espoo will make a procurement decision on behalf of Espoo Catering Oy and the Espoo Regional Educational Association Omnia.
The City of Espoo, Espoo Catering Oy and the Espoo Regional Educational Association Omnia enter into their own agreement with selected suppliers.
