Description:
The city of Vantaa tenders meat, meat products and prepared foods for the needs of Vantaa tilapalvelut Vantti Oy (later also "Client") in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices.
The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows:
1. Meat products and dumplings
2. Beef and pork
3. Poultry the meats
4. Pancakes
5. Hybrid meats and protein preparations used for food preparation
6. Prepared food and special diet products - editor-in-chief
7. Prepared food and special diet products - supplementary suppliers
For sub-areas 1-4, two (2) contract suppliers will be selected in order of priority, unless there are fewer bidders who submitted an accepted bid.
In sub-area 5, selections are made per line, so that two (2) suppliers are selected for each product line in order of priority, unless there are fewer bidders who submitted an accepted offer.
In sub-area 6, ready-made food and for special diet products, one (1) main supplier and in sub-area 7, prepared food and supplementary suppliers for special diet products are selected, so that the comparison is performed line by line and the bidder who offered the lowest product price for each product is selected as the supplementary supplier.
Framework arrangement the conditions are described in more detail in the draft contract attached to the request for tenders (appendix 5).
The planned start date of the contract period is February 1, 2026.
