• Description:
• The city of Vantaa is bidding for mobile device bags intended for storing mobile devices, mainly phones, during the school day. An estimated 3,500 mobile device bags will be purchased for use by elementary school students. The purpose of mobile device bags is to hold phones in bags that block the signal and protect against damage, which can be easily locked and opened by the staff. The purpose of mobile device bags is to facilitate the operation of mobile devices in school, i.e. to keep the devices out of use during the school day, e.g. with the principal's and teacher's permission for the actual need. In addition to mobile device bags, tools for opening the bags are also purchased. One (1) supplier will be selected for procurement based on a tender. Service is tendered through an open procedure and the procurement contract is valid for a limited period of two (2) years from the signing of the contract. The customer reserves the right to extend the contract period with two (2) one (1) year options. The subscriber declares the option of implementation three (3) months before the end of the contract period.
