Description:
The Chancellery of the Government is responsible for organizing the general operating conditions and services of the Government and manages the Government offices. Official clothing is needed for the government representative office staff (approx. 10 people),
for agency services personnel (approx. 70 people) and car drivers (approx. 30 persons). About 75% of the current personnel are men.
The same material and other quality requirements apply to men's and women's clothing, but the clothing models and
measurements must be for men and women separately. High level of service and security aspects of government events require that personnel are easily recognizable in uniform and dress
The clothing must also be suitable for festive occasions, which are organized especially in the government premises.
The object of procurement are suits, suits, collared shirts, and ties.
The procurement includes an option to extend the contract from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030. The use of the option is solely at the discretion of the Subscriber. The estimated value of the acquisition, including the option period, is 280,000 - 300,000 euros (without VAT).
