Description:
The city of Espoo is requesting offers for outdoor playground and exercise equipment as well as environmental and urban furniture.
The procurement is divided into eight (8) sub-areas. The bidder can bid for one or more sub-areas.
The areas are:
1. Urban furniture
2. Outdoor playground equipment
3. Outdoor movementsleep aids
4. Outdoor gym equipment, with body weight resistance and fixed resistance
5. Outdoor gym equipment, with adjustable resistance
6. Environmental furniture, trash and legs
7. Environmental furniture, surface collection tanks, deep collection tanks and sanding containers
8. Multipurpose fields
For sub-areas 1 and 2 yrno more than seven (7) Suppliers are contracted. A maximum of five (5) Suppliers will be selected for sub-areas 3-8.
The tenderer can offer according to his choice for one or more sub-areas.
Independent procurement decisions are drawn up for each area.

SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT
The anticipated value of the procurement is €2,700,000 - €4,600,000 (VAT 0%). The maximum value of the framework arrangement is €4,600,000 (VAT 0%).
The predicted values for each sub-area are (VAT 0%):
Sub-area 1 Urban furniture: €100,000 300,000
Sub-area 2 Outdoor playgroundindoor equipment: €600,000 €1,000,000
Section 3 Outdoor exercise equipment: €200,000 400,000
