• The object of the acquisition is an information system intended for parking control management, which is acquired as a SaaS service. The current parking monitoring system in the city of Pori, Helga supplied by Fujitsu, does not meet all the city's needs. The system renewal to meet current requirements is necessary. Information from the current system is transferred to the new system in connection with the system change. Currently, the parking control system is used by 2 officers and 7 parking inspectors. Approximately 20,000 parking fines are recorded in the system each year. There are 500-800 payment requests per month. About 1,000 decisions on rectification claims are mailed per year. The new system should be able to record parking fines all steps up to statistics. The parking inspector's actions include: writing the error fee, taking photos of the situation, saving the pictures etc. to the error fee and printing the error fee. The parking inspector must also identify the vehicle based on the license plate and the location of the vehicle on the map. The parking inspector's tools are a smartphone and a device for printing the error fee. The customer must be able to check the information and pictures of the error payment he received electronically. Adjustment claims must be possible electronically within this system.
