Description:
Keva (later also the subscriber) asks for offers for the acquisition of staff restaurant services. The acquisition is focused on the staff restaurant services of the Keva Unioninkatu office building. In addition, the selected service provider will handle separately orders to be ordered at the Unioninkatu office. For the purchase ofAlso included is the purchase of a specialty coffee machine at a staff restaurant where the service provider is responsible for the procurement and expenses. The subscriber also has the additional acquisition of Article 136 (2) (1) of the Procurement Act as an additional acquisition of the office building for coffee vending machines and floor kitchensServices related to cleaning. The additional acquisition opportunities are described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender, description of the subject of the acquisition. The tenderer has the opportunity to announce whether he or she also wants to rent a cafe on Unioninkatu.A separate lease is made at the cafe. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender "Description of the item". The tenderer has the opportunity to visit the premises of Keva's restaurant and cafe at a presentation on the spot. Presentationwill be held on April 14, 2025 at 3:00 pm. The tenderer will sign up for the event by sending an email to hankinnat@vara.fi by April 11, 2025. The subscriber does not commit to any acquisition amount.
