- The procurement will be carried out as part of the Digital Viability project funded by the Northern Ostrobothnia Association (ERDF). The project is implemented by OSAO. The Union of Educational Union Osao is requesting an offer from the power plant simulator used to operate the steam power plant and the turbine plant. The acquisition will be used, for example, in the sub-machine and over-the-end training of the Osao boiler plant and in the process of processing in the process industry. The offer must also include Finnish -language manuals, training materials and training work designed for equipment in electronic form. The acquisition has been defined for the procurement for the Digital Voimalala project Proj. 3343, within which the acquisition is carried out.
