Description:
Keva (later also the subscriber) requests offers for property maintenance services. The acquisition is the maintenance services of the property located at Keva Helsinki at Unioninkatu 43. Basic information describing the size of the property is as follows: gross area 20,020 m2 new section + 977 m2 old building part volume78 860 ml New part + 3 565 ml old building part. The procurement is described in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender, a description of the subject of the acquisition. The preparation of the maintenance agreement is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Real Estate Services, KP YSE 2007.additional procurement in Article 1 (1) described in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender, a description of the subject of the acquisition. The subscriber does not commit to any acquisition amount. The premises subject to the invitation to tender will be presented on April 22, 2025 at 9:30 and 23.4.2025 at 1:00 pm at Unioninkatu 43, 00170 Helsinki. On the premisesThe presentation must be registered by 4 pm by 4 pm by 4 pm by e -mail at Hankinnat@vava.fi.
