Description:
The Rescue Service obliges the City of Helsinki to ensure the coverage of radio networks indoors, in which structures prevent the coverage of terrestrial networks in accordance with Section 109 of the Rescue Act. The acquisition will include Virve and Virve, the future of the city of Helsinki and the existing 350 properties2 Planning and implementation of coverage measurements, interior heater planning and implementation in 2024-2026 (Option 2026-2028). On the basis of this procurement process, 3-5 suppliers are selected with whom agreements on the provision of services are concluded. The acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.Ordered on the basis of a percentage distribution per percentage area according to the overall economy. The percentage distribution fits in with the bidder's bidding order in this tender for the establishment of a framework arrangement.
