Description:
The City of Espoo and Kiinteistoe Oy Espoo Central Kitchen (later also the subscriber) request offers for purchasing and removing roof snow.
Acquisition The target service includes the City of Espoo, Kiinteistoe Oy Espoo Central Kitchen, Kiinteistoe Oy Opinmaki Kampus, Weegee Oy, Kiinteistoe Oy Tapiola Louhen, Kiinteistoe Oy Espoo School and Kindergarten Room, Espoo War Properties, Espoo Living and Asuani Oy Matinkyla Uimahalin the drop, loading of the buildings and the snow dropped from the roof.
A maximum of four (4) service providers will be selected for the framework arrangement. The agreement is to start on 1/11/2025, however, so that the agreement It will take effect when the parties have signed it. The contract is valid until 31.10.2029.
The acquisition has not been divided into areas.

The expected total value of the acquisition without VAT is EUR 3,700,000. The total value is divided between the contracting entities as follows:
City of Espoo 2,500,000 euros (VAT 0%) and
Kiinteistoe Oy Espoo Central Kitchen EUR 100,000 (VAT 0%).
Kiinteistoe Oy Opinmaki campus 100,000 euros (VAT 0%)
Weegee Oy 100,000 euros (VAT 0%)
