- The Helsinki City Environment industry will compete with this procurement procedure for seasonal lighting on street lighting in northern and southern Helsinki. The subscriber is acquiring the lit seasonal lights used on the Esplanade and are suitable for existing street lighting columns (approximately mid -November - mid -February), which are designed and technically suitable for its design and cityscape. The seasonal lights must withstand Helsinki -based winter weather and the installation and demolition of seasonal lighting at least five years.
