Description:
The acquisition is subject to the security systems of the Lapland Welfare Region Customers and Personnel as described in the tender documents. The subject of the procurement includes nursing and personal security solutions and technical care solutions, primarily for service housing, andSote centers. The acquisition will set up a framework arrangement of three suppliers. The purpose of the framework arrangement is to enable the updates to be updated and harmonized, and to respond to the changing and different needs of the different sites of the customerin mind. During the contract period, the systems are acquired through the framework arrangement to the customer's needs on a site -specific basis. System software and applications are purchased as a service (SaaS). The devices included in the system are, in principle, acquired as a one -time investment in the customer. EquipmentMaintenance and maintenance will then be purchased separately as a service. The devices can also be acquired as a service as a customer.
