Description:
The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (later also the subscriber) requests offers for the acquisition of a shift planning and working time management system.
The target of the acquisition is the system as a software service (SaaS), which includes shift planning and time monitoring functionality and shift planningIn the circle that for workers in the sliding working time (hereinafter "Solution") including: Solution Software Service (SAAS), Solution Support and Maintenance Services, with access to the solution, a solution for delivery and deployment project, and complementing expert services.
The solution willSupport different forms of working time for the welfare area of the Western Uusimaa wellness, such as office, period and general working hours, and 24-hour work, as well as different ways of organizing work, that is, solid and sliding hours.
Based on tendering, the welfare area of Western Uusimaa will select one (1)Supplier and one (1) deputy supplier.
