Description:
The City of Salo (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity / subscriber) requests for special cleaning in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The acquisition focuses on the special cleaning of the City of Salo's real estate as follows. The acquisition covers fiber or microbial cleaning or other cleaning contracts such as commissioning cleaning, window cleaning or other cleaning of the city. The extent of fiber cleaning, microbial cleaning and other cleaning varies by target. The acquisition aims to partnership with one service providers and the uniform service for different destinations, as well as the service provider's readiness to carry out work in different circumstances and sites. Fiber cleaning and microbial cleaning follow the instructions of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health: "Help for post -repair cleaning and cleaning in the workplace", which serves as a service description. This guide is complemented by Appendix 1 Service Description. The need for cleaning described every year and the acquisition aims to develop the ordering process and to create a partnership with the service provider to develop the cleaning work.
