THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT NOTICE NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT AN ADVANCE NOTICE.
In addition to supplying steel mugs, the supplier must be able to offer a repair service for the mugs.
Steel mugs must be press-turned, made of stainless steel and weigh 4 dl. The procurement unit has deep drawing tools at its disposal.
The purpose of this advance notice is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, map the market situation, and enable comments presentation of the future procurement (in the draft request for tenders) and to receive information about the procurement, so that the actual tendering process can be carried out in the most expedient manner possible.
Advance notification does not oblige the procurement entity to carry out the procurement as described in this notification, and the procuring entity may not implement the tender completely. The procurement unit is not obliged to take into account the answers received in the advance notification when preparing the request for tender. Responding to the advance notification does not bind the supplier to participate in the tender, nor does it as a condition for participating in the actual tender later.
