Waltti Solutions Oy (hereinafter the "customer" or "procurement unit") is requesting an offer for travel cards (hereinafter the "goods") in accordance with the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel and this request for tenders and its attachments. Partial offers are not allowed.
Alternative offers are not allowed.
In procurement, it is intended to choose one supplier. In addition to this, however, a so-called deputy editor is selected for the editorin case the contract with the supplier selected as primary has to be terminated in the middle of the contract period or the primary supplier has minor delivery difficulties.
A framework arrangement is not established in procurement.
The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and the contract does not formpurchase a volume purchase obligation for the subscriber.
