University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Ltd will compete for the purchase of the ventilation filters of the University of Helsinki ("Filter") for the purchase of a contract supplier (hereinafter "the" supplier "). The agreement will acquire ventilation filtersto the sites under the responsibility of maintenance. There may be more items or exit during the contract period. One contract suppliers will be selected. This purchase covers normal ventilation filters from coars filters to EPM1 filters. (No specialty filters for hepa, activated carbon, etc.). Contract/tenderingServices/products may also be ordered by the University of Helsinki Group and Association companies on contractual terms and prices. The agreement can be used by the University of Helsinki, the University of Helsinki Funds, the University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy, Helsinki University Real Estate Oy, andReal estate companies owned and co -owned by them. As a rule, the contracting entities will order filters from a selected supplier, without arranging a separate tender for their acquisition. Each contracting entity pays directly to the supplier according to the procurementDeliveries based on building compilations. The contracting entities will provide the supplier for more detailed instructions on billing after signing the contract.
