• The Bank of Finland (hereinafter the "customer" or "procurement entity") is requesting a bid for the procurement of VMware licenses (hereinafter also the "service") in accordance with the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel and this request for bids and its appendices. Procurement includes the Vmware vSphere standard order of server virtualization platforms used by the subscriber and implemented with VMware products for the period of 13 May 2026-12 May 2027. The number of cores to be ordered is 1500 cores. The offer must also include licenses for six virtual center instances (which must be included free of charge in the price of VMware vSphere Standard license packages). Subscriber about 95% of the servers have been virtualized. The support must be in order so that the subscriber can receive support from the manufacturer in problem situations and be able to update new program versions and information security updates. If Broadcom (VMware) no longer offers from everyone during the contract period partly the same licenses, the provider can offer the subscriber, with the consent of the subscriber, corresponding licenses (including the license model) and their maintenance for the aforementioned licenses. The subscriber chooses one (1) supplier, with whom it will of the procurement contract. The contract begins with the signing of the contract.
