Description:
The City of Turku is involved in the SUMPS for BSR project funded by the Interreg BSR program, one of which is to develop cycling and walking in the city. The project is running until 01/2027. The project has selected two locations where the meters are being placed.One of the sites is in Paaskyvuori in the vicinity of Kotkankatu bus stop number 837 and the other is at the other end of the Raunistula pedestrian and cycling bridge. The item to be measured by the Swallow Mountain is approximately 5 meters and Raunistula's measurement is approximately 6 meters. To bring the equipmentOperating should be tentatively before the end of May. The metrics for the more acquisition should separate walkers and cyclists and produce reliable data in different conditions. The possibility of separating scooters is also desirable. Data from the metersIt must be available through an open interface in order to integrate it into the mobility view of the City of Turku's service map. The meters must be simple in installation and can be able to be transferred if necessary.
