Description of the acquisition
City of Espoo, Espoo Living and Asu Oy, Kiinteistoe Oy Tapiola Louhi, Kiinteistoe Oy Matinkyla Uimahalli, Kiinteistoe Oy Opinmaki Kampus, Weegee Oy and Kiinteistoe Oy Espoo Central Kitchen (All Together Later, the subscriber) requests for professional kitchen equipment for professional kitchensfrom repairs.
The acquisition focuses on repairs to professional kitchen equipment and the additional services related to them as defined in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The acquisition applies to repairs to professional kitchen machines and equipment and removable kitchen machines and relatedadditional services with work, spare parts and accessories.
The acquisition also includes removing and re -installation of kitchen appliances and transporting to another destination. The contract includes the maintenance of the equipment register to the customer's system designated.
The acquisition is divided into two (2) components as follows:
1. Espoo Eastern - Warm side
2. Espoo Lantinen - Warm -side
Geographical regional division is specified in Annex C "geographical regional division".
Each area is offered separately. On the basis of tendering, for sub-areas 1 and 2, the sub-area is selected up to four (4)Service provider. The contract period is four (4) years. See. Annex A "Key Terms and Conditions" Chapter 6.
